Demographic breakdowns – It slices..!   It dices..!   Compare results for different demographic subgroups to pinpoint specific problem areas within your organization. Just copy and paste a spreadsheet of employee details and you will have access to demographic breakdowns for any group with at least 4 completed responses.

Short and sweet pulsing - 17 statistically validated and benchmarked survey items. These are the best of the best from our comprehensive engagement survey. Customize the survey Targeted follow-up questions - Every employee who completes the survey will be asked specific targeted follow-up questions based on his/her responses. This means you get detailed qualitative feedback in the areas where you most need it.

Personalized item phrasing - The survey items can be customized to include your company's name and other terminology that is specific to your organization - e.g. "my manager" vs. "my supervisor"

Unlimited pulsing - Conduct an unlimited number of surveys. Repeat as often as you'd like. Once a year or once a month, it's up to you. We recommend repeating every 3-4 months.

Unlimited number of employees - No size limits. Note that a minimum of 30 employees is required.
